About the Role
As a Lead Technician at Dr. Leak Detection, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial partners — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial plumbing and drain systems across our regional service territory.
We're looking for career-minded professionals who take pride in first-time-right service, clean job sites, and representing a company that has been earning its reputation for over a decade.
Troubleshoot and resolve commercial plumbing and drain issues efficiently with minimal disruption to partners.
Provide accurate cost estimates and secure digital approval from partners before beginning work.
Use smartphone applications to update work status, manage digital invoices, and maintain job records.
Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
